Ok, not plugin at all

Is it possible to add more skins to stuff? To be specific, these skins no garage door:

Hey, I Like Potatoes, the skins are completely up to the individual. We can't add skins to the server as they're owned by the players. We do have a random skins plugin and a skins selector plugin loaded into the server. Unfortunately, the selector plugin hasn't worked for a while now. I can look into this once we have ironed out the more pressing issues on the server.
